Under staffed and the sink in our bathroom leaked all over the floor when it wasn’t backed up. Staff member was very good. But he needed help with issues he had to deal with from patrons. Would not stay there again.

everything was ok. A little bummed the pool was not heated and the pool room was a ice box, we choose this for fact it included food. the drawers kept opening themselves lol kinda creepy. Tub coupd use updating as everything else was uodsted and the toilet was crooked oo lol breakfast was yum!

Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned with haphazard diy plumbing patches vsible around the toilet. Layer of dust on the alarm clock and pverall poor, rundown condition in the room. The heater was terribly loud and the property itself appeared rundown and in a moderate state of disrepair. No security - as I was checking in someone walked in off the street asking where the elevators were and the staff directed them right to the elevators without asking why they were there or to show a room key. At least the sheets seemed clean.

It was ok for a 1 night stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beware you have to go up about 4 stairs then walk a little then up about 4 stairs to get to the elevator and I believe the 1st floor rooms. They were renovating. Our bathroom floor seemed to have specks of paint but clean. The one bed had some noticeable springs or something. It was fine for a one night stay. Breakfast was included but a little lacking. It was cold biscuits with scrambled eggs and a gravy. Would have rather a meat. Waffle machine. Diner attached was a bit expensive. They had menu at front desk.
