Friendly staff. Upon check in we got room 706 and the guests in the room next to us (704) must have been partying with very loud music. After reporting it to the front desk the staff on that night was able to get us a different room far away from them. And that room had a very slow shower drain.

Don’t bring any expectations!

Buttons in and to elevator never lit up, and every floor should have the number visible when elevator door opens. Since the electronic display also didn’t work, we never knew what floor we were on. One elevator was non working but no out of order sign on it. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet was running on and off all night, the comforter on one of the bed had lipstick or blood on it, and brown makeup or something worse. Lamp on one night stand was non working TV was on when entering the room and that was strange. I did the online check in, yet when I checked in, in person, they also needed a copy of my license. Why they needed it twice was beyond me. Receptionist literally only said “ID” and “sign these papers” no explanation, as to what I was signing. She said nothing about parking, amenities, services, breakfast, NOTHING. No hi how are you, thank you for choosing, enjoy your stay…

My room was clean, private and quiet. The staff was friendly and very willing to help. Breakfast was very good. The only disappointment was it took management seven days to try to return my security deposit and by then unfortunately I had changed my bank card so it took longer for me to get my money back.

Getting to our room was very inconvenient since you could not get to an elevator till you climbed 2 flights of stairs & mold & poor condition of Tub (matt in tub to try and cover damage). No soap to wash hands provided. Staff was not pleasant & helpfull Breakfast was not adequately supplied. Questionable people hanging out in parking lot.

I enjoyed my stay and my room was very clean and enjoyable and quiet and private . Breakfast was very good… The only disappointment was how long it took for the management to return my security deposit. It took seven days and when they tried to my bank card had changed so it took even a little longer as I had changed my card.

Very dirty, run down and in terrible condition. Dirty spots on the sheets, hair on the sink and the toilet, clogged shower drain, uncomfortable bed, dirty rug. Just gross overall. Will definitely not be going back there.

They do not clean the room everyday. TV, phone are not working at all. They gave the stain towels.

Sink kept filling up and not draining, black around base of toilet, room smelt strongly of paint, air was pretty moist inside of room, none of the tv channels worked, shower had pink marks on the floor. Doors don’t lock unless you slam the door shut really hard.
