Incredible Location, but Paid Parking

The room was lovely and spacious. The only downside was a slow drain in the shower. Location cannot be beat- right in the middle of the theater district and close to tons of restaurants.

The only good feature about this hotel is the location. CVS , Target and restaurants all walking distance . Problems experienced ; 1. Beds HORRIBLE . Lumpy , Need new mattresses. Back ache every morning . 2. Free shuttle not available . States runs until 8pm no such thing . ends at 7pm For evening hours limited hours in morning and limited availability . 3. Had family pick me up at hotel and front desk told them nobody was staying in room. Front desk staff clueless. 4 . Breakfast lousy . Only good item was waffle . Eggs terrible , no breakfast meat other then sausage which was also terrible . They close doors 15mins early on breakfast . Advertise they have a Starbucks .No such thing . 2 coffee decanters with 2 bottles of flavor sitting next to decanters. 5. When I received my car heat seaters on both seats were cranked up to high . I believe staff or others ? were in my car keeping warm. 6. Lobby space terrible , uninviting and not comfortable, 7. New age music piped in enough to make one go mad . 8. Constant Motor Noise from outside building not sure if a type of generator ? very annoying runs 24/7 which can be heard in the room .
