"Cleaning staff was not very friendly. They never were welcoming or said hi. Our TV didn't work the whole time we were there. We asked to have someone look at it. It still didn't work. The Internet was in and out throughout the day mostly at night. "

"Walked into the bathroom and noticed a used soap bar on the shower shelf. Walked into the shower after starting it to warm up the shower and almost feel due to the VERY slippery tile right next to the shower opening. Our room was right over the breakfast area and we could hear the sliding noise chairs and banging of other items. The sheets were very itchy and seemed like they were washed in straight bleach. The female that checked us in was very friendly and was absolutely a pleasure with a very fast check in. Air conditioning worked surprisingly good. TV volume was unacceptable as we had to set it to 30 to hear it. "

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. This is at least my fourth time staying here. The front desk people are always fabulous. I often am on the road and check in after 1 am. Last night we checked in two rooms after midnight. A maid knocked on my door at 10:15 countinuously and I had the sign to not come in. Check out was at 11. Came back later at 11:20 with a supervisor. The maid said it was her mistake for 10:15. Well she knocked on the other room for my movers in my party and entered their room and woke them up well before 11. This has never happened at this hotel before. Very upsetting. "
