Visiting grandchildren
Pros:Location
The whole experience was great, the grandchildren loved the pool. The whole staff was great, I mean everyone that works at that hotel. My husband loved the parties in the lobby, he thought that was just great.

Amazing Hotel! So Happy We Stayed There!
Pros:Pretty much everything, we used the gym, the pool the basketball courts everything was great!
Location:The location was great it is in the center or Surprise so you have all food, swimming, shopping and baseball within blocks from the hotel.
The staff was so nice all the way across the board from the desk to management to the cleaning crew to the outside maintenance. We were always greeted by every person with a wonderful smile and a hello. You can tell the staff really enjoys the work they are doing and the company they work for. By far the best hotel experience we have ever had, And the breakfasts in the morning so good!

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had.
Pros:Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, the most friendly and helpful staff
Cons:no shaded parking(but few others have it either)
My stay at this hotel was one of the best I have ever had, including stays at destination resorts. The facility is very clean and well maintained (it is only a couple of years old). They have the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. I was actually somewhat amazed. My experience of late has been that staffs seem to act as if they are doing you a favor to let you stay, not treating you as a customer, let alone a potential repeat customer. Every employee I encountered, from housekeeping to the general manager, was polite and greeted me with a smile. I stayed with my 5 year old son and he loved the pool. There was a fair amount of other families with children staying with whom he could make friends and play. All areas of the room, bathroom and kitchen included, were clean. The supplied dishes and cookware appeared new. I got a good deal on this stay, but the meals really made it a good value. Although a self service continental breakfast was expected, it was really almost a full service hot meal. Here again the staff shined, making our waffles and bringing items to our table. Waffles, eggs, cereals, fruit, yogurt, meats, potatoes, pastries, breads and more. On top of that, they do social event meals two nights a week. We had a great cheeseburger cookout! The location is also excellent, especially if you are a Rangers or Royals fan. Almost everything you can think of is a very short drive away, although nothing is in walking distance, except the library and city water park across the street ( and the Rangers/Royals Spring training facility). If you need to stay in Surprise, I highly recommend this place.

We had a suite and it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quite and had nice amenities. The staff (most everyone) was friendly.

terrible service, breakfast was cold and the Rooms were dirty.
