    Private new 2 bedroom basement suite with short walk to the beach

    This new beautiful 2 bedroom basement suite with a private separate entrance located steps to the White Rock East Beach. House is next to Marina Drive full of restaurants and bars. Amazing location, perfect spot for a getaway.

    This private suite (approx 750 sqft) consists of a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms contain a standard queen size bed with hypoallergenic duvet and pillows. Large closets in each bedroom provide great storage space.

    Living area has a comfy couch, side table, lamp and 50" lcd tv with Netflix connected, please be aware that there is no cable tv. Wifi access is provided.

    Full kitchen where guests will find stove/oven, dishwasher, a microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and Espresso 19 Bar machine. Enjoy your Lavazza coffee. Dishes, glasses, and utensils such as wine opener, can opener, are also available.

    Washer and Dryer in suite for your convenience and comfort.

    Spacious bath provides ample counter space and under sink storage. Luxury Organic Hair and Body products guests will find in a dispenser attached to the wall.

    Guests will also have access to one parking spot located on a side of a garage behind the house. There is a back lane access to get to the parking spot. The entrance to the suite is from the patio.

    Everything listed on the rental was there. Host was very nice as, I was able to communicate to her If I had any questions. It was clean and beautiful suit. It was just 3 minutes drive from the white rock beach. I would definitely recommend renting this suit If you are planning to spend some family holiday time.

    Top Class Suite!
    We had a really enjoyable stay at this luxury suite. Tastefully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s only a short walk away from the vibrant, seaside resort of White Rock with its wonderful restaurants and ice cream parlours. Highly recommended for couples or families. Thanks to Maria for being such an excellent, attentive host.

    Great apartment!
    This is a very nice, clean, complete 2 bedroom basement apartment within a mile of the main beach and restaurants. It had everything we needed...hair dryer, French press coffee maker, a selection of teas, dishes, pans, a TV with Netflix, dispensers in the shower for shampoo, soap and conditioner. It was quiet and cool, even on very warm days in August. Maria, the hostess, lives upstairs and was very accessible if there were any problems. She even had some cookies, a bottle of sparkling wine and some fresh local peaches waiting for us in the apartment. What a sweetheart! We'd be happy to stay there again.

    A convenient and cozy place to rest awhile
    My kids and I were on a quick road trip to visit extended family and friends in the greater Vancouver area. And since I have always enjoyed the convenience (and options) of having a kitchen and the proper number of (comfy) beds, I am grateful that this property was available through VRBO… always so much better than any hotel! The host Maria provided accurate descriptions of property, along with easy directions to get to the property and access to a level spot on a parking pad from the back alley. This cozy basement suite was very clean and well-appointed for our 3 night stay. It was an easy walk to the beach in White Rock. Maria even reminded us that the July 4th fireworks would be easily viewed from the beach, which looks across to Blaine Washington and area, as this property is also in very close proximity to the USA border and the Peace Arch crossing. This little gem is in a great location and it has all the essentials needed to make a small group’s stay affordable, enjoyable and relaxing. 👍👍

    Super clean and cozy!
    This is a very nice place to stay. It’s clean and bright and has everything you need for a short stay. It’s a short walk away from the beach/promenade and the pier. My friends and I enjoyed walking down there for dinner each night… very safe and so beautiful, even when it’s raining! The owner was very quick to reply to messages and was very sweet to leave us a welcome message with wine and cookies.
