Kindly note: the home is only accessed via many stairs, or an inclinator. The inclinator can only accommodate a maximum of 200kg (2 to 3 people), and costs circa a few hundred dollars to fix if it is overloaded (guest cost). Also, if this happens, access will only be via the stairs. Should the inclinator become out of service, this will not trigger a refund.

A security hold, not a charge, will be placed on your credit card 48 hours prior to arrival unless we’ve communicated that an EFT is required. For this property, the security hold is two thousand dollars.
