You will love this exceptional 4 bedroom family home of contemporary style, space and quality. Enhanced by an ideal location, it is so close to Maroubra Beach, Rock Pool, parks, NSW University and a stroll of Maroubra Junction Shopping Center, just 9km to city. Bring your family, coming with your friends, all big groups are welcome to this fantastic family home.
The home is designed three levels with a total of 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms plus extra toilet. The master bedroom is very spacious with ensuite, and a two way full sized central bathroom serves another two bedrooms. A bedroom downstairs had a bundles bed with double bed plus single bed. All oversized bedrooms appointed with built-in wardrobes.
The home has been beautifully furnished throughout and has an ideal holiday home feel for the whole family to enjoy comfortably.
Getting around:
100 meters from the front door is a bus 317 to Bondi Junction and Westfield Eastgardens. 9 minutes walking to Anzac Parade which has buses to city, Circular Quay, Central Station, Bondi, Airport, UNSW,etc.. Around 10 mins walking, you can reach Pacific Square ( Maroubra Junction Shopping Center). There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Sydney Airport is 15 mins away by car.
