Pleasant enough place to stay but on arrival there was no soap, no shower gel and had to ask a couple of times for these to be supplied. Then the tea was not restocked - perhaps little niggles but at the prices we were paying I don’t think we should have had to ask.

When I got there I found out the pool was closed- it would be very easy to let guests know this in advance as I would have booked somewhere else. Then they placed me in a room with scaffolding completely covering the balcony and there was a garbage bag under the bed. I called and complained about my room and they moved me (thank god) to a better room with a clear balcony. However, the staff that informed me that they felt bad for the other patrons since they are fully booked… And someone else will get my room with the obstructed balcony. That room should be closed… I’m sure you make enough money with the prices you are charging. And again, no communication about this which to me is unacceptable. I would have absolutely stayed somewhere else if I would not have lost the entire cost of my stay. All could be avoided by an email.

Great location, close to the train line so we could get from and to the airport. In walking distance to Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and the city. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Had everything we needed for our mini break. Would recommend this hotel.

Apartment was not clean, mold on the window frames, hairs all over the bathroom, carpets, furnishings and windows were dirty. The windows were dreadful for a city centre hotel - sounded like they were fully open when closed. Wi-Fi was down, and the pool and spa was closed when we arrived, but no one bothered to let us know. We left after one night.

Fantastic location close to many attractions. Very comfortable and large apartment. It was a bit older but very clean. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay next time in Sydney.

It was disappointed to find out once at the property there was no pool no spa and no sauna access due to works being done on the outside of the building. August - December no access guests should be notified about the inconvenience specifically as I stayed on the weekend of the Sydney Marathon. You pay a lot of money for a great hotel and for the hotel not to provide these services was really disappointing and frustrating.

You sent me an email about this hotel reservation indicating they will be under construction and repairing things and for that reason the Pool and the hot tub will be close. I decided to cancel but you sent me another message when you mentioned that the construction and repairing it was postponed for later in September. The thing is when I asked in the front desk about the hot tub they told me that those facilities were close due the work at that moment. I showed her the E mail you sent me that indicated otherwise and she told me how sorry she was for what it was happening and she took a picture y said she would report it the situation to the manager. Never he contacted us. The worst it was the Saturday 29th when we came back for the all day excursion and we entered to our room we found a open condom on the nightstand next to our bed. Immediately I went to reception desk and letting know what we found …that it was inaceptable…who was in our room having sex during we were out…? The guy it was speechless…he told me the only thing he can do at the moment is given us a new clean room and breakfast free and he will going to inform the manager and for sure he will be contact us, never happened even I asked for him on Monday, he just told the receptionist, he was working on it, This situation it is Unbelievable never happened a such a thing to us in any hotel and we are travelers, let’s ASAP what you are going to do or we are going to proceed a legal case.

Great location and good size / layout for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. However the furniture and bathrooms need updating and the noisy windows replacing although I understand the windows are being replaced imminently.

They cleaned our room everyday, but some parts were remained untidy. They didn't vacuum carpets and my husband who has allergy with house dust often struggled with sneezing. The wifi connection wasn't stable. We couldn't use the internet the day before our departure, which made us in trouble. One of three elevators wasn't in good condition. At our departure it stopped suddenly when we were riding inside with our luggage, and stayed unmoved for a couple of minutes. Fortunately we could arrive in time at the station and the airport, but with this experience we got worse impression to the hotel.
