Newly remodeled, our home is only blocks away from beautiful beaches and views of the Puget Sound. Conveniently located in a walk-able neighborhood with several amenities nearby!

Very clean and organized. Lots of items in kitchen for use. Host had some small snacks and water already there, along with a nice welcoming note and flowers. Easy to find and great communication with host. Also had a pull out sofa sleeper.

We've stayed here before and so choosing to stay again should tell you something. We like this place it is very Central in Tacoma so close to a lot of things. It's always clean. I's great for the dogs with a huge backyard and very walkable neighborhood. It's very comfortable. The only reason I say it's not family friendly is just because it's kind of small if you have more than one child. I would definitely stay again.

Loved Our Stay While House Hunting in Washington State

My wife, her mom, and I stayed at this lovely home and couldn't get over how well stocked it was with kitchen tools, and spices, glasses, pots, pans the works. And the beds were very comfortable, and we had several dvd's, good television options (not that we watched much we were usually talking or out and about looking for a new home - and found one and had our offer accepted yay). Also, it was well located within less than a mile of grocery stores and not too far to access freeways. Very quiet neighborhood, and very clean. Loved this place. And the owner Cheree was so helpful and easy to stay in contact with the few times we needed to reach her. Great place.

My only complaint would be letting the renter know you change the code after each rental, otherwise everybody who has previously rented can gain access to the front door and there is know way to lock it from the inside.Maybe put a inside chain.

A Wonderful Place To Stay

Upon arriving I was greeted by fresh flowers, and a card welcoming me by name. There was even a basket of snacks and drinks placed by the flowers. Everything was sparkling clean. There were plenty of extra sheets, towels, hangars, etc. The house comes with a private backyard that feels very peaceful. The host is responsive and checked that i had everything I needed. Looking forward to staying again the next time I'm in the area.

A great place

Very well-equipped with so many extras, made it feel like home. Local snacks, tissues, water bottles, fresh flowers, Keurig coffee and drip coffee machines, soaps, detergents. There was nothing we had to go out and buy. Immaculate outdoor grill and patio table/chairs where we spent a lot of time. Fast wifi, huge TV with good selection and DVR capability. Bathroom was VERY small. It had everything you need other than being able to turn around! The front bedroom got too hot from the western sun, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, a great place!

Wonderful experience!

Cheree was quick to communicate and her place was very accommodating. The kitchen had everything you need to cook away from home. There were lots of brochures and recommendations for the area. It was a wonderful experience!
