No hot water, broken towel racks and toilet paper holder, the entire hotel smelled like mold and you can visibly see mold in the AC vent.

The front desk person was supposed to switch out the coffee pot in the room that wasn’t working but never did. Very very hard to get ahold of someone.

The property looked amazing, my room was clean and spacious. The complimentary continental breakfast was great…Overall I highly recommend this hotel you won’t be disappointed!

Had to go downstairs 3 times since door key did not work. Desk clerk was not friendly about it and I finally asked for another room the 3rd time. While the hotel is near the stadiums, there are no stores or restaurants close by. Good value for what you pay.
