Tanpa Villa will create a true Tampa experience you won’t forget. Walking in you'll notice all the local art decorating the house. An open layout making it great for friends and family to all gather comfortably. The main entrance includes a large dining table, sleek kitchen, large living room, along with even foosball and other games. A long hallway leads towards the second living room and private backyard. The hallway has access to the 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry unit. Outside is completely fenced in for full privacy. Outside is setup with more games like pingpong, corn hole, and Giant Jenga. A grill and 2 picnic tables ready for cookouts, or enjoy a small bistro seating great for your morning coffee or tea. Enjoy the evenings with Edison lights illuminating the backyard, or in the enclosed carport to enjoy a fire and seating. Besides the houses amazing features, The location is walking distance to the zoo, river access or to the park. Close to many restaurants, downtown, and bush gardens. We stayed here with our group prior to boarding for our cruise. It was a cute and plenty of room for our group of 9. We were short some linens and our host was responsive and brought additional linens timely. The back yard area was cute and we played ping pong and corn hole.

Best rental in Tampa!

My friends and I stayed here for a reunion and we are so glad we did. The house was super nice and made having a good time extremely easy with the location and all of the amenities it has to offer. Would love to stay again and would definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous getaway

This was the best rental I’ve gotten so far! The house was amazing and it had so many fun activities for my friends and I to enjoy. But the best part was how great the hosts were. They were so kind and answered all questions I had, they made me want to come back before I even went! We would definitely stay with them again! 10/10 experience
