"I could not get the AC unit to shut off or to get it to be warmer on the room. It was too cold to stay and sleep. I was only there for an hour and that time I spent trying to figure out the AC. Other than that, it was ok. "

"We liked the Dining experience at the Café. We ate there 3 or 4 times and it was great (except the last time we ate there for breakfast, the service was TERRIBLE and I ordered a Belgian Waffle and it was UNDERCOOKED and COLD when it arrived but I didn't have the opportunity to complain then because our waiter never came back to check on us until he brought our check and then it was too late. I did complain then and he just said sorry and off he went) This was unacceptable to us, thus this complaint. All other meals were very good and the service was great also."
