You get what you pay for? Staff was very friendly on check in, and when I needed assistance. The room although nice was lacking items found in most hotel rooms, no iron, hair dryer or fridge??? No ice bucket or working ice machine on our floor,had to get bag from store. Had a room key issue, had to have security come open door after waiting 15 minutes. Property was nice enjoyed the River view and beach area. Casino had no table games and the smoke smell was overwhelming. If you’re looking for I expensive place that looks like they cater to families this is it.

Horrible place

The first room I checked into had a broken toilet filled with disintegrating feces. I called the front desk and they told me come down and get a new room. I came down and stood in line for two hours then finally got a new room. The tv was broken, furniture stained, room hasn’t been updated since 70s. No coffee machines, broken microwave. So very bad stay.

Little disappointed in the food options and really nowhere to dine. Everything at the "eateries" were on paper plates. Liked the downstairs bowling and arcade area. Disappointed that he non smoking area was very very small and pretty much open to the whole rest of the establishment and still smelled and air of smoker's. Not great for someone with asthma. Will say that the staff was very receptive and quick on providing a free medical refrigerator to my elderly parents. Father is diabetic and needed a fridge for his insulin.

Don’t stay here

It’s very outdated. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. They don’t even have updated tvs. Our tv was from the 90s. The shower was gross to we didn’t even want to shower. Curtains had brown stains and it’s so unsafe. If a child opens the window they could easily fall out. It smells like cigarettes throughout the whole hotel. Not kid friendly. I would not recommend a family or anyone stay here unless they want second hand smoke the whole time. I ended up checking out a day early and staying at the Tropicana way better.
