Property was clean, room was clean but very dated. Mattresses were old and saggy, one had a 2011 date written on it so it’s safe assume that’s how old it was. Felt safe and was ok for the one night we stayed since Bailey Zimmerman cancelled the concert we were supposed to go to and left as soon as we heard.

Needs improvement

The place looks clean in the gaming area, but the rooms need to be cleaned better. The vents were filthy, the furniture and lights looked like hadn't been dusted in a while. Looks like it is starting to look a little rundown.

Very basic rooms. Ours had trash from maintenance in it when we arrived and a dirty bathroom floor. The sink had a leak and the tub enclosure looked original to the hotel. Very dirty caulking. The beds were clearly old and not very comfortable. That being said, everyone there was sooooo nice and the service was exceptional. It’s just the property itself that is in need of repairs and updates.

There was water coming out of the ceiling from the bathroom at 1 in the morning. I wasn’t able to sleep and they couldn’t accommodate me in a room. The worst experience I’ve had in a hotel.
