My experience since check-in has been deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional attitude of the staff. I believe that hospitality requires a high standard of service, yet the team lacked basic etiquette. Specifically, when I attempted to extend my stay, the receptionist was dismissive, repeatedly stating the checkout time without addressing my request. After four attempts to get help, she hung up on me, forcing me to go to the lobby in person. While the Assistant Manager, Sergio, apologized for her behavior, I found the situation entirely unacceptable. Although the restaurant was excellent, the poor service at the front desk makes it difficult to recommend this hotel.

Absolutely Clean, Last minute booking so Are Reservations wasn't ready the next morning when we arrive, but Front desk was nice and got are key! The Mini Suite North Tower Balcony View Amazing. Sofa. Very Spacious Location best Ever. The Size of Hotel perfect not to much walking. Parking simply. Vallet took Are ELECTRIC Truck charge for Free. Outstanding Bowling. Movie theater Great , little Small but nice Recliner chairs . One line come early, but many different shows. Popcorn inside Hits Show Theater was Worth price, Show nice Buffet, food Good 😊 Riverwalk to Other Hotel nice Executive Room is nice Balcony is Huge. Bring patio chairs. No Microwave allowed, Bed was ok. All water activities closed November to February.

I get thirsty and like to drink soda. At the celeberty theater the would not give me the wholr can of soda only pour some on ice in a-dinky cup. The said i could not have the can. But the i see all these people with alcohol c ontainets an a a cup to pour it in but would not let me take the full can of soda. Charged 3 bucks for baisically one third af a can of soda.it was gone by the time i sat down. I felt discriminated aginst. Ruined my evening.....

Great hotel, the best of this hotel is the people and the view! Place with a lot of things to do, we love our stay here! People smoke inside the casino, the smell is terrible and is not well ventilated, but the rooms are beautiful and restaurant is great with beautiful view to the Colorado River!

Room was great, view from room was super but food in restaurant was cold, chili to spicy Denver omelet was to salty to eat and some of the staff were rude and unpleasant. like the hotel but would go someplace else to eat.
