Our room was clean and nice. We had the biggest balcony and an amazing view. However, it took three attempts to check in. We got there at 2 o’clock during regular check-in and was told the room wasn’t ready to come back in 30 minutes. I did it still wasn’t ready. The room wasn’t ready for an additional almost 2 hours From check-in time the fire alarm went off in our room for no reason at 2:36 in the morning when I asked the front desk why that happened they had no answer.
