Staff was courteous. Sadly the hotel was in a smoking allowed casino. The room was ok. The bed was hard and room had some much issues with torn wallpaper, the tv made popping noises when on. Will not stay there again unless some major changes occur

A complaint I would like to make was the valet. I came into town on my motorcycle and spoke with a valet attendant around 2pm. I was told motorcycles are no longer allowed to park in the valet area due to liability which was understandable. However later on during the night I noticed two motorcycles parked in the valet area next to each other and was wondering, why was I denied service yet 2 other motorcycles were allowed to park there the rest of the night? But overall the room and my stay on property was fine.
