This was considered a 4 star hotel but I’m unsure when that was rated. The north tower were we stayed said newly remodeled but I guess they forgot to put a box spring on our bed as it was a very soft mattress with a hole at the top as it didn’t fit the frame. Walking around the pools and beach we were disappointed and didn’t use them for the shape and smells we found. One day this may have been a good stay but not for us. Be well. NMT

Upon arriving and checking into the hotel the front staff were very polite and friendly, as we entered the room we noticed that it was very clean and smelled clean. All the staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful. We will definitely come back in the future and will definitely let friends and family know about the customer service and experience we had while staying here. Thank you for everything.

They advertise "Newly renovated" north tower rooms. We paid extra and the rooms were not newly renovated. There were a few employees who were nice, but the majority of them were rude. Poor customer service. Will not stay here again.

This is an older hotel so it is a bit dated but it was clean and the service was good. Friendly staff. The bathroom needed work but is was clean. There’s lots to do here and the price was very reasonable.

One elevator to parking garage and it didn’t work. Not good for disabled person. Furniture in the room was rotted on the bottom. Drawers would not open. Very low class hotel. Felt like a motel with slot machines. Parking was atrocious. Plenty of vehicles parked in handicap without placards and vehicles double parked and nothing done. For those reasons, parking sucked. Very unclean outside.

Stayed in the North Tower because of other reviews. Hotel room had good river view but cheap furniture with broken handles, small TV and one chair and no microwave. I get that they want you out gambling but the room was cheap and dated.
