The carpet in the rooms need a deep cleaning. There were stains throughout the room. I requested to have the first room I got upon check in switched due to the cleanliness of it. The mirrors had spots all over and the restroom floor was filthy. It didn't even appear that the floors were vacuumed. The second room was better.

The environment was family friendly. Dislikes: The bath tub was clogged (water drained very slowly), the lamp on the tv stand was flickering (unable to use), we were next to the electric room (very loud noises coming from rooms), the fan in the bathroom didn't work.

They have good options on food casino was clean room was ok dirty carpet and the tub was so nasty. Beds were so hard! They did have complementary Internet. Staff were extremely friendly and nice. Beach is really not worth going to water is dirty we ended up going to Big Ben the next day pool was fun my kids really enjoyed it

Shower water was brown!

The water to shower was horrible! It was brown they only cleaned our room and did our bed once! Our entire stay, and we were there Wednesday through Sunday we only got 2 toilet paper rolls the whole stay aswell! Horrible experience!

Best Option in the Needles /Laughlin Area

The best option in the Laughlin area. Questionable cleanliness, the bathroom had a bunch of hair that was not ours, carpets are dirty, but the bed is comfortable and clean. The Moonshadow Grill is great, Harris Ranch beef, great staff, great quality food for the price. The pool area is outdated, the water in the pool is more green than blue but the kids loved it.

The Avi Resort is definitely set up for families with kids of all ages. We loved that they had a theater, kids area for entertainment while parents gamble. We were really dissatisfied to see that the pool was swampy green the first day, second and 3rd day was less but the chlorine was so strong and made it very irritating to our eyes and skin. The beach area is nice but heads up it’s open to the public with paid access. Water is too cold to actually enjoy it but great for jet skis. About the actual hotel rooms. The water is green, we could not enjoy a bath because water came out green. We had to be moved from the first room because of how dirty the room was.

The Avi was cool, I think I just had high expectations for the amount that we paid for our 2 bed room queen beds. The room was cleanish, there was a bundle of eye lash extensions under the bathroom sink, some dry boogers on the curtains in which I thought was blood for a second, at least the bathroom and beds were nice and clean. The pool on the other hand looked so cool Online but when we got there , it was soooo foggy and a little greenish yellow. I wish it would have been clean so we could have stayed at the pool longer. I don’t know if they clean it nightly, but I think the property is overall pretty but it could use a lot of tlc when it comes to cleanliness.

This place was DISGUSTING. I found 3 roaches in our room. The tub water was YELLOW. I had to switch rooms & the second was even worse. Gummies on the floor. Tub was disgustingly yellow & stained. Mirror was dirty. Sheets had stains. Not vacuumed at all. Once I requested to change rooms for the 3rd time management Aubrey said yes it’ll take about 15min… More than 40min went by & she never updated me until I had to call her saying forget it, & requested for someone to go clean the current room we were in. NO ONE came by. I requested a King sized bed & ended with 2 Queens instead. 2/10 do not recommend at all. Also, you can not BBQ or use gas stoves in their lake. Most hotels allow you too but it’s forbidden here.

Extremely dirty we had to switch rooms 3 times and even the last room wasn’t totally clean we were just over it by then the pool was great and beach was amazing pricing on site wasn’t bad but when we checked in our room was dirty I asked around 5 for them to just switch our sheets at 9 still wasn’t done called asked for a manager left a message for some guy who has yet to call me back then at 9 the next morning a manager called and woke us up to ask us about the issue and we told her all we wanted was our sheets changed and no one did it to she did switch us and upgrade us to a suite but when we got there that room had a giant hairball that looked like it had been pulled from someone’s brush so I went complained again we got switched they told us they couldn’t give us any discount since we didn’t book with them but they would give us one to just have them call and they have been calling and they won’t answer their phones the amenities are great the house keeping staff all need to be fired because all three rooms were dirty
