This follows "you get what you pay for". We smelled cigarette smoke as soon as we walked into the door. Smoking is allowed. Marijane smell reeked from every other room as you walk down the hallway. Very dirty, room looked across to a large blank wall. We didn't dare swim in the great looking pool because there were so many young children with no bathroom in sight! Yikes :-( Even the tidal pool area along the Colorado was busy with lots of young families, again no bathroom in sight 8-o. The Feathers Cafe was okay. I won't stay here again. We only stayed because we had business in Fort Mohave and it was recommended!

Pool area and beach area were incredible. Rooms were pretty dirty around the corners and baseboards. Ice bucket tray hadn’t been wiped down in some time. Elevator and hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke and we were naive to think the ventilation would keep up better. We made the best of it and had a great time. What it comes down to is my wife and I are not your typical casino people and aren’t used to the cigarette smoke throughout the resort, not just the casino.

Bed was like sleeping on the floor. Staff lacked customer service skills. Spotty WiFi. Limited dining. Beach was nice, but no chairs provided. Pool was only 3 ft all the way around. Hot tub was decent. Will not be staying again.

Got there at 10 pm to find nothing open to eat. We got to our room and turned on the sink only for brown nasty water to come out for 30 seconds. The toilet water brown shower water brown. We had friends who checked in and experienced the same problem with the water and there rooms smelled of 30 year old cigarettes do not waste the money or time here
