From the moment I arrived. The front desk lady was not too friendly . She was not as welcoming as I expected. They were not busy not sure why she was not so friendly. Room was good clean our cleaning lady was great really sweet. The pool and just the over all place was not as clean the walls in the elevator spoke volumes. The carpet really filthy the windows can be seen not as clean you can see the smears of kids hand prints just dirty . I wish it was cleaner . The food area was clean I was so surprised. But the hotel not so much . I don’t know if I ever can go back, they just need new management I think it starts from the top . The employees just look so unhappy you can tell on the way they carry themselves uniforms dirty and wrinkled not put together just sloppy . This is not a good look over all.

I grew up coming here and watching the place get run down has made so sad. The bathroom in my room seemed dusty and dirt was left in corners and under the vanity. The shower and tub is stained yellow from age. Overall my stay was still great as the staff make it a great experience. The mattresses and some of the linens should be changed out soon.

Nice staff but a bit outdated.

The fireworks show made the stay worth it. The employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is just rundown and dirty.

It’s a well used casino with rooms

Large king size room. Bed sheet had a huge rip in it. Tired and squeaky mattress, stained carpet, whole room in need of a deep clean. Accessible bathroom with very slippery floor. Ice machine didn’t work which was probably a good thing considering how dirty the area was! Cigarette smoke smell on ground floor.

The room was spacious but the water coming out of the pipes were yellow, it stain the toliet bowl and tub yellow. The pool was nice size but the water was murky and the allow ppl from off the street. Pool was full ppl sneaking in food and liquor, some guy threw his empty white claw cans in the pool where kids were swimming like he was at home. The security did nothing. The beach shore was large but unkept their was moss all over the bottom which attracted the large fish swimming next to your feet, not cool. Also the sand was hot af, making it very hard to walk on, the should put down something from the side walk to the shore like bamboo or something making it not burn your feet. Also the beds were very uncomfortable for the price. I don't think I will ever come back here. The ppl in the store at the hotel were rude.

Worst casino experience

The rooms are really dirty and have a horrible smell to them. There was an empty crushed water bottle in my ice bucket, pubic hair all over the bathroom, feet prints in the tub and overall very nasty. We tried to eat at the feather cafe with a large group and the lady at the front was rude and irritated to handle a big group. We walked away and didn’t eat there. The buffet is not good at all. Would not recommend to anyone.

Honest review from your basic guy.

Weather was good.. Just the hotel I mean it was nice but def could have been better. 1. Room looked a little old not sure when was the last remodel but might be time for a new one. 2. All 3 rooms on third floor when you turned on the water it came out a bit yellow not sure why but needs to be checked out. 3. At the pool well needed to be cleaned a little better and also the prices on the drinks not the best. $50 dollars for a bucket of 6 beers and 20 dollar drinks really? That’s why tourist are leaving all these places need to work on the prices get more people in and sell more not charge more for what you can already make money on.
