The stay started off bad. We got our room went up put luggage in the room all was fine. Comeback later in from walking the strip and we can't get into the room. They deactivated the keys.I guess they had us in 2 rooms so we had to wait for security to check the room with out our stuff. We ended up waiting an hour in the hallway for security to come so we could get in. We finally got into our room at 1am. They only offered us a refund of the resort fee for 1 night. Should have compted us the whole night since we weren't allowed in. Other then that it was ok. Next time we'll stay at Aquarius where we normally stay.
