Was disappointed at what is considered a “River View” room when technically it overlooked the roof with a small side window to see the river. Not what I expected. Room and bathroom itself was fairly clean. Can tell they rushed to clean it. Went to get ice and the ice bucket was disgusting. It was so dirty. The front desk staff were rude and short. When I asked directions, she was condescending and looked miserable. For the price of the stay, stay elsewhere.

Unable to get a good meal. I've been coming here for years.I won't be back.Cafe line backed up,all hours of the day. Get in line for breakfast, you may get in for lunch. Unacceptable! AC in room poor. Bed sheets have holes.Was charged more than I was told for my room. Have to self check-in or get charged approximately twenty five dollars more, if you check in with theirepresentatives. This casino has gone downhill since I started coming here twenty years ago. This will be my last time here. Very poor hospitality.

Walked into the room there was popcorn in the window, and a hair pin on the floor from from a prior guest, the room was very dusty and the bathroom had hair all over the shower like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The shower was filthy with someone else’s hair everywhere. Beds were very uncomfortable; will be choosing a different place to stay while in Laughlin in the future.
