"My husband is a disabled veteran with limited mobility. We were excited to have the pool so he could relax while I and our friend explored the Redwoods. Before booking the home I had contacted the host to verify the pool was up and running. I explained to her at that time I had a disabled husband who was excited to use the pool. When we were a couple hours out from arriving I was told there would be another family staying in the “cottage” that would share the pool and they would have access to it from 11 am-9 pm. My husband was not comfortable staying at the home to use the pool knowing at anytime the other family could access the home we were paying for and use the pool. I searched everywhere to see if I missed something about the pool being shared and there was no mention of it. I called the Vrbo help line to verify I hadn’t missed the pool was to be shared, she found no mention of it also. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned out to be full of anxiety, throughly disappointed!"

"We loved the layout of the house with the master suite at one end, the bunkbed room right off the kitchen and then the other two bedrooms at the other end of house; sharing a bath – esp. the two sinks.The swing set and fire pit were marvelous….we spent our evenings outsideThere was enough sitting for everyone at dinner time and then to watch for the Oregon football game.It was excellent."
