"The room was clean and well organized. We noticed the coffee maker was not working and after calling the guest services it was replaced within minutes. Excellent customer service in every department from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeper. The only issue we had was that the parking ticket was not updated and it caused a issue with one of the other guests leaving behind us and was extremely angry at us and almost caused a altercation. "

"I booked a smaller room as traveling solo and loved the economy of movement that included all the amenities that I required. which I appreciate in life. Clean, staff helpful not overly friendly and warm though. ( i spent 39 years in hospitality) but did their job promptly. Clean room yes. "
