Hotel is very well positioned location-wise (10 minutes walk from Union Station, and really close to other transit options). The hotel was super clean and well-maintained. The quality of furniture in the rooms was excellent, and the bathrooms were in good condition. The rooms are also really big for a city hotel. And while some rooms face the street, it was still really quiet. We had breakfast included in our rate, and if you can get that deal, it's excellent value; however, paying ad hoc is a little expensive. The breakfast staff are excellent, friendly and attentive, and the food is varied and good quality. The pool area was nice and well-maintained, though it is small, so it may get crowded in busier times of year. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional.

Rooms are clean comfortable and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is very well located relative to the CN Tower, water front and St Lawrence Market, Union Station and the Distillery District all within easy walking distance. Great place to stay.
