Good hotel. Breakfast is very good as well.

Overall it was a good hotel. The fact that they host refugees they should have it mentioned somewhere. The staff are the best. They are doing a fantastic job at keeping that place maintained at the level they are. Hats off to the dedicated team. Brekfast coffee and omelet is of very good quality.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, some how they kept giving us just 2 towels when there's 3 of us. I had to keep asking the font desk for the extra towel. The shower handle kept coming off, I told the front desk about it twice and nothing was done. The bed was always made and even arrange my daughter's stuffies on the bed and she thought that was really cute. The free breakfast was excellent alot of different option of hot and cold breakfast. Overall it was a great stay and front desk was very friendly.

We never stayed in this hotel. Our flight to Toronto was cancelled, hence we requested a reservation cancellation. The total amount was deducted instead of taking the just the charges for first day. We expected a little more consideration towards clients. Also felt the front desk was a little unfriendly to answer questions, it always felt like they were too busy to answer any calls regardless of when you called.
