The continental breakfast was odd to have baked beans for breakfast. No bacon Only sausage, not everyone likes sausage To have both would have provided variety Pancake maker only did very small Pancakes and took forever and if working at all

The price was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I'm an easy going patient person, so the hiccups are not a huge deal for me. However, it might keep others away. 1. Given 2 rooms when I checked in. When we arrived on our floor, blankets, sheets, and garbage bags lined the hallway. Our first room hadn't been cleaned since a previous guest, and our second room had been smoked in. Had to go back downstairs with our stuff, and then had to wait for a room to get cleaned. Took a while, unfortunately. Staff were good about it, super friendly. 2. They had a hard time keeping up with food demand at breakfast time, it was busy. We weren't in a hurry, so it was ok to wait. 3. Close to a higway, you can hear traffic all the time. 4. Super close to everything you need so that was really nice:)

The property is nicely renovated, in a good location aswell . House keeping shows up at 745 am which is a tad odd especially when youre on a holiday and want to sleep in . The rear doors get locked ar mid night how ever they were locking them at 11 which sucks when you have mobility issues and your hands are full . Literaly had to load up and drive around the hotel to the front door. Every time i asked for help aka plates keys the staff was rude and said your booked threw expedia we cant help you so be ware of that . Spent a week here and ill be honest we will not be staying here again

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was great. However, we had an issue where the toilet wasn’t filling - which, credit to the staff, this was fixed quickly. My biggest issue with the room was how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were, and how inconsistent the heater was in the room. I set the room to 21° and throughout the night, the temperature ranged from 19° to 23°. I only stayed one night, so it wasn’t worth mentioning to staff, but if I were staying for longer, I would’ve raised it to staff to try to get it resolved. I would stay here again, but I would be pickier next time regarding these issues so the staff have a chance to try to resolve these issues.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt welcome. Upon entering the attractive and cheerful lobby, we had a good feeling. Maqueen at the front desk was friendly, professional and very helpful. This was a great location, close to restaurants and just off the 401. After a long drive, it is always a good thing to find that expectations of a clean, comfortable room and quiet atmosphere, are met. The free hot breakfast offered plenty of variety. I highly recommend the pancakes!
