Hotel was nice and staff were awesome. Hotel is a little remote not much around it so you have to drive or taxi. The road to the beach is a little sketchy to walk with no shoulder. But overall it’s a nice hotel. Will be nice when they finish the gym and have a few amenities. Staying at other hotels in tulum I wish it had a small restaurant for breakfast at least since it is a bit isolated from town and not that best walk on the road to the hotel zone.

POORLY MANAGED & MAINTAINED HOTEL WITH PAPER THIN WALLS. Booked a 'pool view' room but got a 'concrete wall view' instead (apparently all 'studio rooms' have the same concrete wall views which isn't disclosed in the listing). Curtains didn't cover the glass doors so had to request a 3rd curtain to be added which it was the next day, no hair dryer (there's only 10 in the hotel), no coffee maker, towel hook broken, pans not compatible with induction hob so intermediate cooking plate provided but could then only use one of the four hobs at a time - useless for cooking. No furniture on the balcony so useless. Rooms are inconsistently furnished e.g. 8 dessert spoons but no teaspoons. We were moved to another room 2 days later and now only had a partial 'concrete wall view'. Housekeeping only available on request. This could be a top class hotel if managed & maintained properly but unfortunately fails in many areas. We’re pursuing a full refund because we didn’t get what we paid for throughout our stay.

The sea view is horrible The floors are really dirty The power has went out 5 times, at least once per day. Leaving you in complete dark for 30 minutes sometimes The pictures we seen about our room showed the pool attached but when we got here it wasn’t There are connecting doors to other rooms inside the room we rented and the both rooms echo, you’ll hear everything This morning we woke up to no water The area around the hotel is very, very dirty. Literal garbage beside the parking lot Construction starts at 8am it’s like an alarm. I’m only half way into a week stay lol, if you can find something else. Pretty sure the good comments are bots this place is hell

Clean, modern and we had an amazing 2-day stay. Kurt the front desk manager was super helpful and we would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Tulum. It’s near the beach and all the restaurants plus shopping. We knew Tulum would be expensive, but honestly, I’m not sure if it’s worth it and I thought California was expensive.
