This historical building is beautifully kept. Were were visiting my student at CWRU. It would also be a great stay if you were visiting the museums of Cleveland. The staff was lovely. The rooms were clean. The building was well maintained. Breakfast was delicious.

All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a nice surprise, (nice options) but would alert fellow future guests to note the hours breakfast is served. We got a late start and nearly missed it. Still staff was accommodating and patient. Will be staying there again.

Very barren lobby area, no coffee or breakfast. The elevators are incredibly slow and filthy. The bed was nice, bathroom very small and shower head awful.

Got there and had a sign stating pool and hot tub was not open, which was the reason for booking the room, as my back is really bad and after travel I need the heat to help with pain. Check in took forever as there was only one person checking people in and was very slow.
