We were in Cleveland to be at the Taussig Cancer Institute. The location of the hotel is ideal! The shuttle service made it easy to access the hospital and restaurants within a 3 mile radius. The rooms are huge, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet included hot items and fresh fruit, not so in many other hotels. The staff was warm and friendly and willing to help us in anyway that they could. Will be returning in the future.

The shuttle driver John to the Cleveland clinic was so nice and helpful. Loved the warm cookies on arrival. All staff was caring.

Parking was confusing when trying to determine where to go. The parking lot required a keypass. Reservation confirmation emails/texts should state there is a pull up area in front of the entrance along Carnegie. (high traffic street)
