- Don’t count on shuttle service being available to the Cleveland Clinic or anywhere for that matter. Hotel doesn’t have a backup, if driver calls in sick, you’re walking. - 1 elevator wasn’t working when we arrived. - Air conditioning has been out for days. Fans provided, to blow hot air around. - Problems in the kitchen, out of multiple items on the menu when it’s open, closed other evenings. Food not always available. - Beer is ice cold and refreshing, which is nice after you walk back from the clinic. - Employees were all courteous and helpful.

There’s a lot of construction or at least it seems to be outside the hotel, there are caution cones blocking the driveway leading up to the hotel. Also, when arriving to check in, the host informs me that the guest rooms do not have air conditioning. The experience in the room was so bad that I checked out in the middle of the night and found somewhere else to stay.

Although the air conditioning system was not working properly, my room was cool. Staff did everything they could to provide fans for guest. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

We arrived and learned the air conditioning was not working. Made my reservation months ago. Found out from another hotel that their AC had been out all summer. No one ever attempted to contact us so we could cancel in a timely manner in order to find a working hotel. Very stressful after a 7 hour drive.

Hotels.com will rip you off

There was no stay. The hotel had an accident earlier in day and had no air conditioning or even the ability to open windows. I had to stay elsewhere. I called Hotels.com within twenty minutes and I had a signed note from hotel that I could get a refund without penalty. Then, over the next several days I was lied to repeatedly by hotels.com while they “f me over” and stole my time during trip. I had charge reversed by American Express. If I have ANY additional trouble from Hotels.com you are 100% assured that I will litigate and that I will win

I stayed in mid-August, the architecture of the hotel is very beautiful, but the staff and the condition of the hotel are terrible, on the day of my check-in they called me and said that the air conditioning not working, you can cancel the reservation, but it was too late and not possible, I decided to stay, it was very hot, the bathroom was in terrible condition, when taking a shower, all the water splashes over the bathroom, the shower did not have protective glass or a curtain, I tried to talk to the staff so that they gave me another room, but zero attention, after studying the reviews of people who stayed in this hotel before, they had problems with air conditioning for a long time and they simply did not inform people about it, If possible, avoid this hotel!
