"The night manager was wonderful and very responsive. She personally came to remedy the problem. Here is what happened...We checked in late to our room and unfortunately, housekeeping didn't clean our room. When my son was getting ready to go to sleep, he noticed the sheets were soiled. We also noticed that used towels were still hanging from the hooks."

"The room had no sink-related toiletries... Hand soap, tips, etc. Also, the arm of the desk chair was broken. Other than that it was fine."

"Perfect place to stay for a long weekend. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient expecially being so close to the airport. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff was excellent ,suite was beautiful, I'll give the hotel 5 stars. But i am upset over vrbo's advertising... no pool! Been closed for 5 or so years. Might want to update the ad! Main reason i picked that place, and when i complained, i was told there was a notice in the booking confirmation that it was closed. I have however yet to find it on my end! But the hotel itself...5 stars "
