"The place itself was amazing. The beach was not great due to the seaweed. The pools were fun and my kid enjoyed the slides. The late night shows were interesting and fun. The staff was the only bad part. The employees were extremely rude. Doing their job seemed to bother them. We stayed in a preferred room too. We understood Spanish so could hear them tell other workers “they don’t tip”. It sure affected if they served you drinks or food quickly. Wasn’t worth the extra money as they don’t use bracelets to keep up with them."
