Condo is minutes away from Willowbrook mall, a short stroll away from local eateries and shopping. Close proximity to bus stops, a short commute to the skytrain and within a few minutes drive to Cloverdale Recreation Centre and Surrey Leisure Complex.

Kathy is a top-notch host! The condo is cozy and beautiful, although there is traffic noise nearby. Unit is very well stocked with everything you could need, and Kathy is quite willing to provide anything missing. The underground parking is a bonus during hot summer days or cold winter months. The location worked very well for us.

Fantastic Condo!

This Cloverdale Condo was perfection! The check-in process was smooth and seamless and upon entering I was so pleased with its clean, modern aesthetic, finishes and comfort. The kitchen cabinetry was stocked with not only food items, coffee and tea, but also various cookware, flatware and cooking accessories and utensils. It comes with secured underground parking with remote for the security of your rental vehicle during your stay with convenient elevator access up to the condo. The building is very secure and security is tight. It’s centrally located close to so much in the area also. Property manager/owner Kathy was extremely responsive, professional and SO lovely to communicate with throughout my stay. A kind and wonderful human being. Do not hesitate to book this condo, do it! I cannot recommend it enough! - Neil

Use caution...

This property is located on a highway and as such is very noisy if the windows are open. It was very warm outside during my stay so I used earplugs to sleep since the suite was too hot for closed windows. There is one small fan in the main living area which can be moved around.The host left a basket of personal care items in the counter which was very thoughtful. I used the slippers which was a bonus, as the soles of them were "very" dirty after the second day. Clearly, the floors needed washing.There were several areas where proper cleaning was required. The stove top was greasy and had a nasty feel to the surface. The microwave door needed some scrubbing with a good cleaner and hot water. Various areas of the bathroom were not clean: hair in the bathtub and whiskers from shaving on the back of the vanity area, dried liquid(?) on the vanity mirror. I have used many home rentals over the past few years and this is only the second time that I have been dissatisfied. As a sidenote: the lighting in the bathroom is not great and there are no bedside tables or small light sources in the bedroom. These are not complaints, but observations.
