Incredible spot in Venice for the price and area it is located. Lots of young people and nice comfy rooms with a/c, no complaints!

Stays like this are not expected to be full of luxury, and I found for the price the Foresteria was quite nice. I would consider staying there again.
The stairs for some reason were blocked, and the elevator was very slow and very small.
The rooms were clean and the view beautiful.
The breakfast was excellent.
There was a little confusion with the reservation when we arrived (for some reason my name could not be found, even though the reservation was in the system), but the staff resolved the issue quickly and got us on our way.
One of our party arrived quite early in the morning, and were able to access our room for a nap which was very much appreciated!
The overall condition of the building on the first floor was somewhat poor, but the Foresteria part was well maintained.

Too far from the water taxi to walk and is Not accessible to the point of interest. Too many stairs to go along the way is good not to carry a large luggage like us. We had a hard time to full and carry the luggages. The only beauty to this place they have elevator and good breakfast.
The property was lovely and in a really ideal location. Everything was in walking distance. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was basic and more continental (pastries etc) but still lovely. The only problem is that it could get quite noise in the morning when breakfast was on but that was due to how close we was to the breakfast hall. No other complaints.

I have a lot to say about the breakfast at this hotel. Why even try to have a breakfast when you serve leftovers the next day. It is not cool to do that. The machines are not working and the juicer is just not functional. It is a very charming hotel but they could do much more potentially

No soundproofing and was really noisy affecting ability to sleep.
My only issue was that due to religious reasons , I would not stay here had I known that this place prior to becoming a hotel many years ago, it was some kind of church or monastery. It would’ve been nice if they could somehow disclose it in the description of the property.
The place was very clean and it’s in a very nice location, the staff was very kind and helpful
We had a great stay here! The hotel was just a few minutes away from the main areas of Rialto Bridge and San Marco, but it was far away enough to be quiet and crowd free. Free breakfast and an elevator. We chose a room with an AC unit and a bathroom in it, but not all rooms do.
It’s 30 min walk from Venezia train station. No wheelchair access through. You have to cross 8 bridges from the train station. Place is close to Rialto bridge (8 min walk) where you can ride the gondolas.
Chambre très propre, mais peu insonorisée. Le bâtiment a beaucoup de cachet. Bon déjeuner, mais le café est moyen. Le personnel est très sympathique.Très bien dans l'ensemble, j'y retournerais certainement.

Hotel was in good place near San Marco and Rialto. You could walk everywhere. We could see canal and gondols from our window. It was great.
