The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff serving the breakfast were also very helpful and friendly. In general, everyone who worked at the hotel was friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel room was clean and well maintained as well as being quiet during nighttime. The location of the hotel was very convenient and the staff at the reception desk gave me good directions on where to go. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and I would stay there again if I came to Venice.

What a fantastic hotel! The building is quintessentially Venetian, with beautiful little details that make it such a gem. Rooms were great, breakfast was fantastic & everyone who worked there was lovely.

Our stayed at the Saturnia & International was absolutely fantastic. From arriving to leaving, every member of staff were always very welcoming, friendly and only to happy to offer any help or advice you might need. The reception, bar area, restaurant, A La Carte restaurant, all the hallways and the room were exceptional clean and well maintained. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, offering a wide, plentiful choice of continental and hot dishes. The hotels location is perfect for the main tourist attractions in Venice whilst still offering a quiet location to relax. The roof terrace offers a great view over parts of Venice with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The Saturnia hotel is certainly a great choice to stay.

Great hotel in Venice. One of the best we stayed in whilst in Italy. Fantastic location, staff very helpful, rooms exceptionally clean and very comfortable bed. Aircon works perfectly in hot weather. Breakfast delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel has its own private dock which made transfers from the hotel to the airport seamless and stress-free. We wished we would’ve utilized this for when we arrived in Venice from the train station. Definitely a unique property and very central to St Marks Square and other landmarks in Venice.

The breakfast included in the room was the best breakfast we've ever had! It features amazing fresh fruit and freshly baked apricot croissants, chocolate croissants. Incredible cappuccinos with heart shapes, and a squeezer to make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. The eggs and meat were amazing as well. Maid service was excellent, our room was extra tidy and clean every day. The courtyard patio and rooftop terrace were beautiful and the room itself was very spacious for a European hotel room. The AC was excellent and the bed mattress was incredible. The service desk attendees were top shelf. Will be back.
