This is very affordable and well worth the price. A little worn out, very basic, but nothing really wrong. No kitchen, but a fridge on the corridor, an electric kettle and a hairdryer. One bathroom for 4 rooms. Bed is good, but didn't like a single bedsheet covering the dirty looking duvet. Waking up face against an uncovered duvet used by who knows how many people before you, is very unpleasant. Some of the information given on the net page is not accurate. Good location, bus 6L goes directly to Venice. Big supermarkets on walking distance, restaurant and a coffee shop very close. Quiet neighborhood. If you want luxury, be ready to pay for it.

The room is simple, but nice and clean. Is not for you to stay in, but for you to have a clean and secure place to sleep. The location is great. Which trip from the airport using public transportation (Bus 15 from airport to Mestre F.S and Tram T2 taking from there on the way to Marghera to stop in Piazza Mercato) (rather than buying a 9.00€ pass, just use your card and tap in the bus 1.50€ per trip) is really easy. The location is central and great to go to Venezia (Bus 6L taken at Piazza Mercato for 1.50 €, Getting dropped off at Piazza Roma) backwards route to return. Again taking the Tram T2 to Mestre FS (Venezia Mestre) you can take a train to Verona for only 10.50€ one way, Even less if you're going to Padova (Padua). There are very nice places to eat breakfast or have some gelato, coffee or have some pastries, around piazzale Concordia, so really, all you need very close to you. You do have to go up 4 flights of stairs, but for the price, and how centric the location is, it's totally worth it. There is very good communication with the owner/ person you get the keys from. So very easy peasy. I totally recommend it. The area doesn't look to great, but after going around you see is not bad.

There are no people to attend to you when you arrive, they leave you 4 telephones at the entrance, it cost me a lot to communicate to enter the lodging. This hosting should not be on the platform. It takes more than 1 hour to enter the apartment,

Not recommended

The owner was advised on our time of arrival but nobody was there. The gates were locked and there was nobody there and we had to call a number for somebody to come to let us in. After about 15 minutes waiting, somebody arrived and let us in. The room was supposed to be ready but it was not cleaned yet and we had to wait another hour for the cleaner to arrive and clean the room. The price of the room is affordable but the place is not clean and the beds are not comfortable. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. We would not stay here again!

Looks like flat re-done into the guest house. 1. When arrived, could not enter the hotel - no one was there. Had to wait until receptionist will come to the hotel. Seems like they have 2 receptionist for 4 hotels, moving from one place to another. 2. Kitchen & "Office for reception" is one and the same place. 3. Dirty, with layers of dust in some places. 4. Bathroom and toilet are 1 for all guests. When one guest is taking the shower, all other need to wait to go to the toilet. 5. Place is far from historical center, but they request the highest city tax like on Sant Marco square (4 euro per person per day).

Dobre ubytovani za levne peníze

Určitě dobre ubytovani na krátkodobý pobyt. Byli jsme s přítelem na 4 noci a všechno v pohode. Pokoje jsou hezké, čiste. Společná koupelna se taky dá zvladnout. Jen z naši vlastní zkušenosti, dejte si pozor, co dáváte do ledničky, kde mají jidlo všichni. Nam tam někdo snedl naše jidlo. Majitel pohodovy pán, který rad poradi.

Great Service, Not-So-Great Comfortability

I'll preface this by saying that the 2 guys at service were phenomenal. They answered my wife on any question she needed about the room or about travel to/from Mestre/Venice and helped carry our bags up the stairs. The bad? The bed was a little uncomfortable (but, maybe that was me?). There's not much to the shower in the bathroom (which, is communal by the way), the windows in the room were hard to close, but, if you did, not much air movement happened, otherwise. If left open, get ready for some major mosquitos to come in. We had plenty. And also, there was a lot of noise at night, even sometimes after 10 with a lot of people yelling. Could be hard to sleep at some points and luckily quieted down through the night. Overall, it was an alright experience. In my book, service is key. And they did that perfect. Otherwise, comfortability lacked a little.
