ABOUT OUR CONDO: This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with vaulted ceilings and two separate lanais, a unique feature in the complex. Located on the third floor, the master bedroom lanai has a gorgeous view of the Makaha Valley mountain range, while the living room boasts a panoramic ocean view. Within the Makaha Valley Plantation complex, this rare combination of privacy, trade wind breezes and the scenic views through both lanais are unrivaled. It is nicely appointed with many comfort features including ceiling fans in all rooms and an air conditioner unit in the living room. Queen beds are comfy with shelved closets in each room. We offer cable TV, 400 mbps high speed internet, and free WiFi. We're located in a secluded, quiet area of the complex with no adjacent neighbors except the unit below. You are provided with a designated parking stall and also guest parking if you have two vehicles.

AMENITIES: Smart TV, Bose sound bar, 400 mbps internet with free WiFi, ceiling fans in all rooms, small library of books, 2 boogie boards, 3 sets of snorkel gear, beach chair and mats, living room window unit A/C, fully stocked kitchen, with coffee maker, microwave and rice cooker. We are always buying new things to keep the condo updated, especially the bed sheets and towels - we provide multiple sets, and they are replaced often. We are also meticulous about cleanliness-this is very important when renting a private home. We pay more for cleaning service to ensure that our condo will be well stocked and clean when you arrive. We are excited to be hosts and make every effort to meet our guests needs.

LOCATION: We are located in Makaha on the leeward side of the island on the Waianae coast. Makaha beach is renown for its surfing and snorkeling, but you will often feel like you have the beach to yourself there. The west side of the island is authentic Hawaii, where many locals actually live and play on Oahu. Turn right or left, there are beaches for miles that offer spectacular sunset views and a wide variety of activities depending on your interests. You can also hike in the mountains or ride a bike from our hale without driving at all. If you choose to drive, no part of the island is more than two hours away, and each area of Oahu has a unique feel that you need to experience to understand. Waianae, and specifically Makaha where the condo is located is the more arid and dry side of the island, typically much less windy and warmer than the north shore. We love it here, and we hope you will also.

Makaha Valley Plantation :
We are located less than a mile from Makaha Beach, in the Makaha Mountain range. Our condo is on the upper floor of a 3-story complex on 28 acres. The complex has 24/7 security that prioritizes the safety of the residents. The landscaping staff are talented and cordial, and they ensure that the landscaping is beautiful. There are peacocks, peahens, and chickens that freely roam the grounds. We have two swimming pool areas each with a large pool, and a hot tub, and both have child safe swimming pools also. There are bathrooms, and a cabana at each pool area. Communal barbecues are located near the cabanas and throughout the complex. There is a tennis court and basketball court on the property. A few units in the complex offer an ocean view -and ours is one of them. The island bus stops right in front of the guard shack (www.thebus.org) and will take you anywhere on the island. If you rent a car, which we recommend, you can park it in our reserved parking spot directly in front of our unit. Mahalo, and thank you for considering our condo for your next vacation destination!
