The front desk forgot to give me the voucher until I reminded them and there was constant noises coming from the bathroom throughout the entire stay that was super distracting. It sounded like sprinklers and pipes bursting. We liked the location of the property. My boyfriend and I also ended up getting bed bug bites all over our body and it was nasty. Super itchy and our skin still marks everywhere

The lobby is gorgeous. The room was just standard, not great. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway resort, this is not the place. Loud music every night and our room was located right by it. Great location for the beach, but will not stay here again.
