We always stay at Hotel indigo when doing business in Westchester— it is absolutely the BEST hotel in the area. Great service, perfect location and delicious restaurant right onsite. I won’t stay anywhere else! Worth the $$$, 5 stars ⭐️.

Brand new facility within walking distance of several dozen restaurants bars ice cream parlors etc! Parking is off site but next door. The hydration station in the lobby was a huge hit and utilized heavily after walking in 91 temps to restaurants etc. yummy fruit waters created by the barista in the coffee shop were a huge hit! Better than popcorn!

What a joke!!! They may have given the place a facelift, but they didn’t change the plumbing and or sound proofing the hotel. Every time the toilet would flush, it was like a tsunami. I’ve never witnessed anything so LOUD!!!!!!! You can hear everything that goes on. All night long after wedding partying!!! I had to call front desk to help!!!! They were rude too!!! Never again!!!! Can’t get coffee before 6:30am on weekends… 👎

We loved it! All the basic things were excellent and beyond the standard of many hotels (bed, furniture, bathroom, soaps/shampoos). The staff is wonderful, they were so friendly and accommodating. The building, and architecture really make this place special. We stayed in a corner room, and our room had a fantastic view. The speakeasy in the basement is a really sweet spot, we got there just in time, because there was a line to get in. They make sure the bartender doesn't get overwhelmed with too many people all at once. It really helps make the experience more enjoyable. Cocktails were delicious. We ate at the seafood restaurant and it was delicious, and the service was excellent, and they seem to have a great system in place to get food to tables quickly. The location is perfect, so easy to walk to places. It was a weekend, so the street was closed for additional outdoor dining. Such a charming area. We found a place around the corner, SlowHand, they had live music, we loved it there too.

The hotel was great. One issue with this brand is they do not have a makeup mirror. Also it was very noisy could hear people above us and there was a Lax tournament going on and kids were running all over the hallway was just full of sound kids. But we would definitely go back but next time with earplug.
