Was in town visiting family and decided to go this route rather than stay at a hotel. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in pictures.The whole check in and check out was seamless which made the whole experience stress free. Fabian is an incredible host and I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome communication with the hosts. Very responsive. The home was clean & ready to go when we arrived. Good caring places to eat nearby & supermarkets to shop at for when you are eating at the house. The neighborhood is very peaceful.

The house is actually roomier than it appears in pictures! Very clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. But the best part to me was the welcome book from the owners. Lists plenty of things to do and where you can eat but NOT a list of demands like I have seen in previous rentals. Its common courtesy to leave the house as you found it, to not be a slob.However, after paying a cleaning fee for most of these places. The last thing you want to see on your vacation is a huge lost of cleaning rules etc.We felt welcome here.

There is no vineyard so I’m not sure why I was asked to rate that, but the house we remodeled and very clean. It was a perfect location for our trip meeting other family members

The home was very clean and convenient to where we needed to be. I didn't find the house well appointed with basic dishes or supplies.

Unfortunately the property is not in the best area. The cleaning crew left all the clean towels in a garbage bag outside on the porch, which I thought was very odd. We were not sure if the towels were dirty or clean. The towels were very poor quality & should be replaced with newer/better quality towels. The cleanliness was just okay; tbe couch was stained and a bed sheet was placed over the couch.

Long Beach weekend

A nice long weekend beach getaway with family. House had everything we needed, was very clean and neat and everyone had their own space too. Our host was very responsive when I messaged him. Lots of places to shop and eat and the beach is super close! Thank you for a great place to stay for a really nice long weekend with my family. We will be back!

Spacious and comfortable

We stayed a week. The house is very nice, big kitchen lots of appliances for making meals and feeling at home. We had everything we needed as far as linen goes and extra toiletries and cleaning supplies, I bought some while I was there that I personally like to use, and then replaced some. Smart TVs and games to play. Big basement finished. The host was also very nice and respectful and responsive. Will def be back.

Stayed three nights

Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) stayed for long weekend. Friendly and fairly quick communication with Fabian was appreciated. House is approx 1 to 1.5 miles to Long Island Sound and beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was clean with exception of downstairs which had some of the owner's personal belongings strewn about. The biggest disappoint was no hot water or heat for most of the stay. Fabian offered hot showers at another nearby location and brought in a space heater which was appreciated. Note that there is no hot tub or jetted tub as stated in the vrbo amenities description.
