"The hotel is nice, the room is spacious. And the pool looked good. The parking situation was an absolute nightmare. The first parking lot was closed, and we got redirected to the second parking lot which was completely full, but there was no one there to manage the flow of cars coming in or to inform that the parking was full. This meant cars kept coming in through the barriers, but there was nowhere to go. By the time we looked for a parking space and joined the queue, the "free" allocated time slot has elapsed and we were due to pay for parking. When we contacted the staff through the help button at the gate, the staff was incredibly rude to us, wanted to make us pay for having to wait in the queue to exit a parking we couldn't even use. The hotel has everything you need for food and shopping and it's conveniently located. We would've loved to get to have some food by the pool, unfortunately by the time we got there, they were not taking anymore orders so we had to leave and get food somewhere else. All in all, it was okay, but I don't think we'll book this hotel in the future, tho."
