The carpet in the room was gross. Everywhere else in the room was clean. Ice machine on the second and third floor we're not working. They should let you know you if you have to pay for parking. When I needed help to bring my luggage downstairs, they said that no one was availabl to assist me.

My family and I enjoyed it very much. The suite was perfect for all of us and had a cute little "kitchenette" area. My only issue was the room wasn't restocked all the way (body wash was empty, shampoo n conditioner were running out, no hand soap) and it was setup for three people instead of five. But they are a very accommodating and nice staff if you have any issues.

There was no shampoo or conditioner. The bottles were empty upon check in and they offered only one mini soap for the sink. We had to call the front desk to make the request. Also, $15 per night parking is kind of steep. They can do better to accommodate their customers.

Great place and great desk folks. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any ice machines working and I needed to ice my knee a lot due to a replacement of three months earlier. So I had to improvise a lot. But the front desk did give me some ice as best they could.

The staff was very efficient. Was highly disappointed that there was no ice machines working at all!!! I don’t believe that a charge for parking is necessary. We have stayed there every year and was never charged for parking!!! Other than that, the stay was comfortable…
