Nice place to stay

The hotel isn't the fanciest but i didn't want fancy. I wanted affordable yet nice and this hotel is a great place to stay. And I can not express enough how wonderful the staff is. The young men working are so sweet and always a smile on their face. The ladies that cleaned were just as warm and friendly as well. I truly enjoyed myself!!

The front desk staff tried to be accommodating but, unfortunately it was impossible because the rooms are dated, the beds hard and uncomfortable. I'm sure it was a fine hotel at one time.

Good for the price. Bed was good. We had trouble getting help at the front desk when we needed pillows (no one there for 10-15 minutes) and the “eat in only” policy at breakfast was inconvenient. Also surprised they did not freshen the room for our second night.

Horrible Stay

The first assigned room was extremely dirty with blood stains on the mattress and bugs. After notifying the front desk our room was changed. The second room was a little cleaner with no signs of bugs. The bathtub did not drain and room had a dingy odor. The neighbor guest was extremely loud and you could hear everything. I was not comfortable as it appeared to be a hotel with drug dealers and prostitution. We left in the middle of the night due to safety concerns and never returned.

Disappointed

I’ve used this place 4 times previously and always enjoyed it until now. The electronic door lock would not let me in, I needed help from an employee to open it multiple times. Parking on pool side is difficult. I don’t know if it’s the mattress or box spring but when I sit on the left side the right side would shoot up a good 12” into the air. You could only sleep on the right side comfortably. One of the drapes was broken. I had to get a butterfly clip from the front desk to close them. I had a connecting room and could hear my neighbors “entertaining”. I was just disappointed in this stay. I’ll go back based on my previous experiences, hopefully this was a one off.
