Featuring several private acres of Florida's natural beauty! Located just minutes from all the action - Universal Studios, Disney World and the beloved Winter Garden Village - featuring tons of your favorite shops & restaurants!

The best part of the Farm House is the setting! Check-out the mango forest, have an outdoor grill session on the charcoal BBQ and plenty of seating from on the brick patio to the seating in the field. The quiet surroundings and scenic beauty will instantly revitalize you! From the Mango trees, sugarcane plants, lychee trees, to the serene forest and atmosphere - it is almost guaranteed that you won't find another place like this! Mango trees are ripe with fruit! Please feel free to pick a few to enjoy (please be cautious not to damage the trees and of course please some for the next guest!)

The moment you arrive you'll be greeted in style - from the round-about with the playful statues to the huge brick driveway to there will be plenty of space for the family. The cozy setting will keep the family together - 3 full bedrooms, 2 full baths and a few extra sleeping spots so everyone can come along! Comfortable, elegant and uniquely decorated; its safe to say this Farm House is one of a kind!

Check-out the beautiful kitchen! Equipped with all the modern touches and appliances you need - check out the tiled backsplash and granite counter tops!. Everything from the fridge, flat top stove, oven, microwave, toaster, etc. are provided! Plenty of plates, silverware, pots & pans to get you settled. So much storage space!

The Dining Table is a large solid piece of granite with comfortable seating for 9.

The Living room features a massive 85" Smart TV for your viewing pleasure! The huge sofa opens up to a Queen-Size Sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress! Equipped with a decorative fireplace and plenty lighting.

In the front of the home, you'll find a convenient work-out station equipped with medicine (weighted) balls, work-out bench, resistance machine and more! Free weights are provided! [USE AT OWN RISK - Owner and Management assume no liability. Please always use care!] A second fridge is available - perfect for keeping your drinks ice cold! Treadmill is no longer available/present.

Check out the little den with a day bed and work desk perfect for kids who want to play or have a little adventure.

Please Note:
A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

Attention: Groundskeeper lives onsite. Has private parking & entrance on rear/side of property and private studio. They're very kind and keeps to themselves.

Charcoal BBQ is provided. Guests are expected to clean and empty the ash from the grill before departing from the property. Please do not leave children unattended around grill and flames must be extinguished before charcoal/ash is disposed!

Cleaning Services available during your stay - inquire for more detail!

PET FRIENDLY - Pets must be approved and a $50 Pet Fee (per pet, plus tax) required after booking. Pets must be picked up after!

PLEASE Supervise children and pets at all times! Property is unfenced, and lies against a natural forest - do not go exploring beyond the property lines!

Owner has private items stored on backside of property - please do not approach. Management and Ownership assumes no liability.

Windermere Farmhouse

A clean and spacious property with a fully equiped kitchen, large table and with a great location between downtown Winderemere and Winter Garden. House layout is a little quirky, but the exercise equipment was a nice bonus!

Wonderful surprise

Had wonderful time during the stay. Property needs some maintenance around the house. Floors/tiles are not leveled in bathrooms, missing grout Best part - outdoors!!! The house has nearly 50 mango trees, few lemon trees and others. Had wonderful time sitting out and lying on hammocks. Just 8 miles from universal studios, this is paradise for nature/garden lovers!
