The room and bathroom were spotless. The lady who welcome me was very nice. If in the future I am there again this would be my place to stay. And of course coming from Iowa I welcome the Great weather!

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend! Walking pavers would be great between the street and the door. I hated tracking so much grass into the room.

I found the bed to be super comfortable and really appreciated the owner putting in an a/c unit prior to us getting there since the a/c was broken. It was perfect for a quick stay, however, the back door is extremely squeaky and they have younger children that were fairly loud. I’d stay here again!

Winter Garden 2/2025

This was our first stay with VRBO. We have used other online rental sites in the past. The first difference that we noticed was the host did not greet us at checkin. Every time we stayed on our previous stays, the property host greeted us, showed us the property and made us aware of any rules that they had. We never did meet this host. Upon arriving, we were not sure where to park our car, as there was a car in the middle of the driveway. I had previously inquired about off street parking & the host confirmed that there was off street parking. I rang the doorbell......she would not answer the door, however, she did immediately call my cell phone. She told me to park on the street, as her boys like to play basketball on the driveway. There were signs clearly posted that there was no parking on the street on school days & her response was that it was ok to park on the street.....she was not aware of anyone having issues with parking on the street. I told her that I was uncomfortable parking illegally on the street & reminded her that I had previously inquired about off street parking. Her response was that "she was confused about what I meant about off street parking". The bedroom was very warm & I asked if she would lower the temperature a bit & she did that night, however, it continued to be very warm for the rest of the trip & my wife & I did not sleep very well.The TV reception was unreliable.

Review of stay

Overall the place was good and very accurate to the listing. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe and close to where we needed to go. The only thing I would say that was a negative was the A/c it was a little warm at night. I brought a box fan and that helped but I enjoyed our stay! Would recommend to others.

A nice place to sleep

I want to start by saying we had a wonderful stay, BUT it's worth noting the family in the house can be quite loud during the day. TV through the wall, yelling kids, etc. Not a huge issue for us as we were strictly here to sleep & shower, again, I believe it is worth noting.

Property was as pictured-modern and very clean! As mentioned in another review their is no way to set the temperature so the room was very warm or even hot at times. Adding to the humidity level of the unit is the lack of a bathroom exhaust fan. The burnt out light bulbs above the vanity still have not been replaced which was also noted in a previous review. When the children are in the house and are awake and active it can rather loud at times. We enjoy children so it wasn’t a problem for us. Stepping stones across the grass to the street where we were instructed to park would be a welcome addition as the damp cut grass was messy and also didn’t help with the roller bags. The did provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash but no bath mat and the hand held sprayer for the shower was missing:( :( :(

This room was pretty near perfect. It is private, the bathroom is beautifully tiled, it is super clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Would recommend. Amazing value for the price. The only issue we had was that the bathroom vanity light didn’t work.
