The room we were given had a horrible smell to it. There was a real lack of food and beverages for the guests an even at the complimentary breakfast, some items had run out. Also, when checking in there was a not many staff at reception (only 1) which led to an inconvenient wait time. Overall poorly managed hotel with a lack of basic amenities (food beyond breakfast and a bar) and questionable cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend stay at this hotel and the fact it was a 9.2 on Expedia was is real head scratcher.

it was just kind of a cheap, tacky environment. it was clean, staff was nice, but the bedding and room decor were subpar, just kind of cheap and not nice, not upscale, not as nice as home. I LOVE a hotel that is nicer than home.

Check in was amazing and was accommodating by giving us a joining rooms. The rooms was nice and clean very spacious and breakfast was delicious. Checking out was not so great. The clerk was not as attentive. She had me waiting while she ring someone up and I had to ask were we done. Then called me back as I was on my way to the airport to tell me my card didn’t go through but everything was prepaid for.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Location could be better due to traffic noise and access from the highway. Breakfast eggs, sausage, etc. were cool rather than warm or hot.
