Getting Around:
Many roads in the high desert are dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.
GPS is accurate, however please follow our turn-by-turn directions as some of the other approaches take you down fairly rough roads.

â EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.
â DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.
â SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!
â CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.

Overall a very happy stay. The facilities were great. If I could recommend, if you offer robes to get to/from the jacuzzi, it would be an added bonus. A luxury for sure. The listing was accurate. Again thabnk you for helping us make everlasting memories.
While we would like to give this property a positive review because there were some nice touches, but when the basics arenât working like heat and the hot tub it is hard to enjoy the place. We were freezing, and the hot tub was scalding hot.
It was my birthday and wanted to get away and do some star watching. The moon played a part but there were too many city lights to see the stars the night we were there. The place wasnât cheap but we decided to splurge for my birthday. When we arrived, we were disappointed that the place looked a lot nicer online than it was in person. The remodel and furnishings were new and nice, and they were extras touches like a record player, yoga mats and a mixology set so we decided to make the best of it. But when the heat wasnât working, and it was below 50 outside it was really hard to enjoy this little brick house. We contacted the management company right away. They were responsive but none of there suggestions worked. We went to bed in sweats, socks, beanies and gloves. Someone did come out around 6 pm the following day and diagnosed the heater filters were all filthy within 5 minutes. He cleaned them out and we were good to go. He also said he would speak to the person responsible for the spa. We purchased a thermometer from Home Depot and the water temperature broke it within minutes.
We understand stuff happens, but someone should have been out to fix the heat the first night. We notified them at 3:00 pm. We contacted them and a
