This Joshua Tree block house, adorned with kinetic art sculptures, offers a one-of-a-kind desert escape with a brand new hot tub, "cowboy style" pool, and stunning views. Enjoy the desert's beauty from the pool, hot tub, or firepit, and relax in a stylish and comfortable setting.

The Neighborhood:

Kinetic House is situated in a premier "on the mesa" neighborhood in Yucca Valley, offering a secluded feel while remaining minutes from the area's best cultural hubs.

◎ Joshua Tree National Park Entrance – 15 minutes

Getting Around:

Many roads in the high desert are dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.



GPS is accurate, however please follow our turn-by-turn directions as some of the other approaches take you down fairly rough roads.



Other Things to Note:

◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.



◎ DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.



◎ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!



◎ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.



◎ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
