The house was open and clean, very spacious and a great location next to Joshua Tree National Park. We cooked many meals and all utensils were great but missing larger bowls for mixing. The hot tub,Fire pit and grill were great for backyard fun.Good water pressure in the showers and lots of towels! We loved the modern feel of the decor.

We spent 2 days in Adrian’s property & everything was a positive experience. The location was close to Joshua Tree, neighborhood was calm & quiet, and this house had so many things we loved (hammocks, fire pit, game room, & hot tub). Adrian was also very responsive to messages and flexible with our requests. House had everything we needed for our trip, except a blender for our salsa, but we made it work. The neighborhood is beautiful & I'm sure it’ll be even more beautiful once the streets are paved (construction vehicles were already present when we visited). Other pros: beds were comfy, plenty of towels available, temp in home in late May was comfortable so AC was never turned on (but it’s nice to know it was available), backyard was a nice size & even with all of the amenities available it didn’t feel crowded, & same goes for the game room in the large garage.
