"Needed a last minute room because of delayed flight. As it was going to be a very short hotel stay (think hours), I booked this because it was close and would shorten commute times. I called for the shuttle and told it would be 15-20 minutes. I waited for 40 minutes and called again. This time she said they didn't have a driver but hoped to find one in another hour or so, and call back then.... it was midnight. So I took an uber. At the hotel no apology, no explanation. Morning shuttle was 10 min late arriving (it was parked behind the hotel and the driver was eating breakfast in the back room). I wouldn't usually get bothered by that, but given the earlier issue. The hotel is worn, old, and felt dirty. Try painting and patching. It would help."
