Very friendly and welcoming staff. Especially staff member Jen/Jennifer, even making our children feel special. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Hotel is in walking distance of centre and lots of tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in staff were very friendly, the room was clean and bright. However, it was noisy with staff talking outside the room at 7am, which wasn’t what we wanted on a Sunday morning.
