"The facilities in the room were good but the living area felt a little sparse and cold. The door to the balcony was locked too, so we couldn't use it. The corridors to the room also need a face-lift, so the overall first impression wasn't great. However, we settled in quickly and the room was adequate for our needs. There are shops and places to eat within 5 minutes and the centre is about a half hour walk."

"Great value in downtown Toronto! The hotel was centrally located and the staff were incredible (which I don’t say lightly). It seemed everyone was on a mission to make our day which was very much appreciated. The hotel is a bit older so the facilities are being updated or may require some minor upgrades but very easy to overlook especially for the price and service. Our breakfast was included and wow - it was easily the best breakfast buffet we’ve had at a hotel. The staff here were also amazing. Highly recommend a stay here! "
