"We came here for 2 nights as a staycation over March Break with our 2 young boys. The staff are top notch. Every staff member made a point to say hello to us as they passed us in the hallway or lobby, it really stood out in a positive way. A special shout out to Dirk, he was extremely helpful leading up to this trip and helped make it extra special for our family and that meant the world to me. The breakfast buffet was great, we were surprised at the variety, there truly was something for everyone. Our server was nice, and the cleaning staff for our room was so kind, she made special touches that didn’t go unnoticed- like tucking my kids’ stuffies into bed, super cute. Our young boys lived in the pool - it was nice and warm and the ambiance was fun - and the arcade was a nice bonus! Walking distance to excellent sushi @ Sake Sushi. Was a really nice March Break getaway, I would recommend it to other families. Can’t wait to come back in the summer! "

"Room was clean as usual, with comfy beds. Staff is always professional, attentive, and exceptional in their customer service. Family-friendly. Their restaurant Reign has delicious food and service. Location is also very convenient, walkable, close to lots of restaurants, shopping and the entertainment district. Fitness centre and pool area is clean and always wonderful to use. "
