Artistic, not convenient

We were looking for a quick place to stay overnight between flights. The shuttle service ended before we got there, check in was vague on how to get to our room, lights, shower and coffee maker where all unique in their operation. When you are tired and looking for a quick place to rest, this place may not be ideal.

All would have been good, if the room I’d booked had been given to me when I arrived, it was disappointing to arrive after a long day and find I’d been given a twin room despite the reservation clearly being for king bed. The hotel did resolve this eventually, however it took over 30 minutes at reception again… checking in was slow in the first instance too, so it took around an hour from arriving until I was in a suitable room.
