Excellent room! Booked the Wellness room, complete with sauna and jacuzzi. Well worth it and enjoyed both. Hotel is in a good location, though a bit of a walk to city center. Definitely suggest renting one of the hotel bikes. Restaurant was good, nothing to write home about but convenient. Staff was mediocre at best. Bartenders were super blah, front desk staff seemed uninterested and an employee attempted to hit on my fiancé while she was working in the business center very early in the morning. All in all, staff wasn’t “bad” but definitely wasn’t “good”. Stay here for the exceptional rooms, just don’t expect to be impressed by the staff. Except for the housekeeping, they were great.

The area around the hotel contains lots of construction sites. This makes the surfaces around the hotel very bumpy and not suitable for those people with mobility problems. Our room wasn't fully serviced when we arrived. Also, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned on our second day. The room was huge and the spa bath made us feel very decadent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant had good food at reasonable prices.

Beautiful modern hotel on the waters edge, it’s about 6min walk from tram lines & about 10min tram journey to city centre, lovely helpful staff, good food & drinks section, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a beautiful top floor room with a jacuzzi & free drinks which was wonderful surprise

Excellent Hotel

Great hotel, out of the city centre however it was so easy for us to get to the city centre. Pool was very cold, and I was disappointed that there was no hot tub in the spa, however apart from that it was excellent. Didn’t have the breakfast or eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on the food.

Stayed in the wellness room which exceeded our expectations. Bed was super comfy, with the jacuzzi and sauna being a lovely place to relax after a day of walking around Amsterdam. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful throughout. Hotel bar and restaurant were a nice place to eat and have a drink. Can't fault the hotel at all. 10/10

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and Michael truly made it unforgettable! From the moment we checked in, he had us laughing with his great sense of humor and lighthearted jokes.
